Panic Attack Disorder

Panic attacks generally occur before an event of some sort. It could be a presentation or perhaps an interview. In the midst of your preparation, you will notice you are getting sweaty palms, chills, your face or neck are turning red, or you completely blank out. No matter how much you prepare, you happen to notice this occurs frequently. It may be likely you suffer from a panic attack disorder.

PSTD

Not only does PTSD cause emotional havoc, it also leads to physical symptoms as well. Those who suffer from PTSD may have the following symptoms such as: lack of focus, extreme mood swings, irrational behavior, lost interest in previous passions, emotional apathy, nightmares, insomnia, hallucinations, flashbacks, nausea, physical pain, fatigue, and loss of appetite.

Despite being surrounded by loved ones, people who suffer from this disorder can feel very alone. If not treated, many people with PTSD ultimately suffer from clinical depression as well.

Anxiety Due to Separation

Many children or young adults suffer from anxiety as well. Separation anxiety can often lead to children having tantrums, excessive clingy-ness, refusal to heed a parents orders or rules, and defiant behavior. Young adults or teens who suffer from separation anxiety may rebel against parents  or teachers and have a difficult time in school with suffering grades. Some physical symptoms of this disorder are: stomach pains, headaches, fatigue, or muscle tenseness,

OCD

This disorder is often classified into different categories depending on what type of behavior the person exudes. Traditionally known as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, this condition causes a person to perform a certain ritual until they feel satisfied. Often times they feel if the ritual is not done properly, harm or ill will will come to them or those they care about. Some OCD categories are: Checkers, Counters, Washers, Hoarders, and Doubters.

Social Anxiety

Many times sufferers of social anxiety will be reclusive and avoid daily life activities out of fear.

Due to hormonal fluctuations, women do have more of a tendency to suffer from anxiety disorders. This is especially true after pregnancy, menstruation, or menopause. They can experience certain symptoms such as fatigue, high blood pressure, insomnia, dizziness, and excessive worry.

Even though everyone deals with stressful periods in their life, it shouldn’t get to the point where it is overwhelming. If you find your anxiousness and worries are increasingly becoming more and more debilitating, you shouldn’t try to ignore it.
